How to Send an Artwork as a Gift (to Family or Friends) – FAQs

Want to surprise someone special with a stunning artwork from Sofia Minson? Follow this easy step-by-step guide to send a print to a friend or whānau (family) instead of your own address.

Step 1: Add Artwork to Cart

Visit newzealandartwork.com
Select your chosen artwork and size
Click "Add to Cart"

Step 2: Proceed to Checkout

Click "Checkout"

Step 3: Use Your Own Email Address

Enter your own email (not your gift recipient's) / Already have an account? Log in to keep your order linked to your profile and email address
This is where your invoice and order updates will be sent

Step 4: Enter the Delivery Address (Your Gift Recipient)

Fill out the Delivery Address section with your recipient’s:
- First and Last Name
- Full Address (Street, Suburb, City, Postcode, Country)
- Phone Number (for courier updates)

Step 5: Click "Review Order"

Confirm all details on the screen before moving to billing

⛔️ Step 6: Untick “This is also my billing address”

This is very important

Untick the box labelled: "This is also my billing address"
A new section will appear so you can enter your own billing info

Step 7: Fill In Your Billing Address

Enter your own name, billing address and phone number
This ensures your payment details match and your invoice is correct

Step 8: Proceed to Payment

Double-check your details
Complete payment securely

Your artwork will be carefully packaged in an art protective tube and delivered to your lucky recipient, while you receive all order updates and confirmations.
